The Challenge

Following the Slovak rollout, customer needed to extend SAP to its Bulgarian operations. The rollout required project management, SAP FI/CO and SAP O2C to go live on a fixed timeline without disrupting ongoing sales & production. Additionally, Bulgaria introduced EURO currency by 1.1.2026.

The team supported rollout activities as FIT-GAP analyses, SAP configuration, Testing, Training, cutover planning and Go-Live / post Go-Live activities.
